How do I make changes to my online gift certificate?
Once a Certificate is created, it can not be updated. If you have changes that need to be made to a Certificate, the Certificate must be "Expired" and a new one needs to be created. |

I reviewed our certificate with the logo. After we approved this certificate, What is the next step?
Once a certifiate is active, it is now live for purchase on the website. Once a certificate is purchased, you will receive an e-mail notification that it has been purchase. You can also log into your account at anytime to view these purchases. |
Why can I not upload and see my logo?
If the logo you are trying to upload is too large (less then 250k) or not the correct format (jpeg), it will not upload right away. Admin will have to convert the logo and upload. Once this has been completed, your logo will appear with the certificate. |
